Change to Monday 8:30 PM office hours

I brought this up in lecture last week and discussed it with students who
attended last night's office hours.  There are several students who have
labs on Monday evening.  The response I got in lecture was tepid at
best but a few more people said Tue would be better.  I have 3 midterms
on Monday nights as well that could interfere with Monday.

So, I'm moving them to Tue., 8:30-9:30 PM.  I've made that change at the
Zoom link in Carmen already.   I will make the change to office hours on
Carmen and my personal class webpage as well.

Even though I held office hours last week I will do the new one night
as well.

These are via Zoom.  I will not be in my office.
