MT 2 student question - electromagnetic spectrum

Someone asked if you needed to know the electromagnetic spectrum,
the wavelengths, frequencies, energies.

You should have an idea of the different portions of the electromagnetic
spectrum (Fig 6.4 in the book) and the approx. wavelengths where each
region starts.  You could also know the energies or frequencies since
these and wavelengths are related.  That means learning one of these
(wavelengths, frequencies or energies) is enough.  Certainly the order
of them from greatest to smallest wavelengths (lowest to highest energy).
