MT 2 practice exams and study guide on Carmen

Early today I sent an e-mail and mentioned "study guides".  I was 
referring to the
"study guides" following each practice midterm.  There is a Study Guide 
link at the
top of the preparation page.  That document lists exam question topics 
for various
sections in the book.  These are similar to the Learning Outcomes at the 
end of each
chapter.
