[cbc-chem1210] New website link for 1210

I've built a new site for 1210.  It's still under construction but I 
think most things
are there.

The "Notes" are those which I use in Chem1250.  Some things covered in 
1210 are
not covered in 1250 so those things are not in these notes.  Use your 
lecturer's notes.

I'm still updating the "Laboratory" link at this point.

that link (about various things related to lab, including using Excel).

In addition, I made a few changes to my example of what a lab report 
should look
like and what you should have in each section.  The changes are mostly 
in the
"Discussion" section (made it a little more obvious of what you should 
include).
