[Ati_assoc] Final Exam Policy

Please use the Ohio State ATI Final Exam schedule posted at https://ati.osu.edu/currentstudents/academics/final-exam-schedule-ati.

Also, this policy applies to written, comprehensive final exams. Other culminating experiences (e.g., student presentations, lab practicals) can be held during the regular class time during the last week(s) of the semester.

All:

Please note that University Policy requires final exams to be administered during Final Exam Week according to the published University calendar (http://registrar.osu.edu/scheduling/finals/finals.asp).

The ONLY exception to this policy is if special circumstances warrant a deviation (for which a formal request must be submitted).  All requests for exceptions must have College and Departmental approval and must be submitted in writing to the Scheduling Office (requests must include a rationale). Instructors must announce any approved deviation to the published final examination schedule during the first week of classes and must make arrangements for students with exam conflicts created by such deviation.

Because we have not received any requests for exceptions for this semester, all final exams must be administered as scheduled by the university.

Thanks in advance for making certain final exams are administered as scheduled.
