[Asstgroup] OSUAP Bi-Monthly Meeting: OSUAP Burnout, Compassion Fatigue, and Compassion Satisfaction

Please join us as we virtually host Helka Casey, a counselor with OSU's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for OSUAP Burnout, Compassion Fatigue, and Compassion Satisfaction on Tuesday, November 15th from 12-1 pm. OSUAP Burnout, Compassion Fatigue, and Compassion Satisfaction
Join the EAP for a 60 minute interactive workshop via CarmenZoom and learn the differences between compassion satisfaction, compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and burnout.  We will explore what is in our control to help manage symptoms, prevent burnout, and work towards compassion satisfaction and wellness.

A Little Background Info on Our Speaker
For those of you unfamiliar with Helka, she is a counselor with The Ohio State University's Employee Assistance Program.  She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience.  Helka has worked in several clinical settings and has been with OSU EAP since July 2019.  Helka enjoys supporting staff to be their healthier selves with EAP trainings, workshops, and counseling.  She is happy to be part of such a robust wellness community serving OSU staff and their families.
