[Asstgroup] Pet Policy on Campus?

The College of Nursing frequently has companion pets in the building, primarily from students who are part of a student group training these pets.  Our Student Affairs office also schedules an afternoon or two during finals week where these students bring their dogs to the lobby to provide stress relief to the students, faculty and staff.

Great idea! Physics (Arts and Sciences) doesn't have a policy yet.
My dog is a good candidate as he is a senior and would sleep a lot, once he got settled in.

Good Morning All,

Hope your spring semester is off to a smooth start!

The Glenn College is considering adopting a "Pet Policy" - a policy that allows faculty and staff to bring their pet (most likely dog) to work. I am curious to see whether other units already have this policy in place or are considering one as well. If you have a pet policy in place, would you mind sharing it with me? Or, if you are thinking about one, could you let me know your approach?
