The OSU Newark Library and DEI Office are collaborating to host a DEI book read that is open for Ohio State Newark and COTC faculty, staff, and students.  We will be reading Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teaching of Plants by Robin Wall Kimmerer.  We will discuss Braiding Sweetgrass over the course of two meetings. We will discuss the first half of the book on Tuesday, February 28 at 3 p.m.  For the second book discussion, we are pleased to be joined by the author, Dr. Robin Wall Kimmerer. Dr. Kimmerer will visit the Newark campus on Monday, March 27, with a Q&A scheduled for 6 p.m.  Additional details about both meetings will be communicated in the new year. Please stay tuned!
