My name is Erica Smith and I am an Ohio State Alumna, and I am an Engineering Recruiter for Aerotek, a technical recruiting firm.

 Yesterday, I spoke with Nichlas Cannon, and he said I should reach out to you. I am working on filling a Manufacturing Engineer position in a foundry environment with Honda in Anna, OH. I am currently working on filling a direct opportunity for a process engineer  at a major automotive company in Ohio.

The pay is ranging between 55k- 65k (depending on experience). Full benefits are provided and company paid relocation.

Responsibilities
• Engineer responsible for coordinating equipment and quality improvement activity
• Develop and mature innovative manufacturing process
• Lead multiple projects (New Model, Business Plan)
• Develop schedules to meet business plan and new model initiatives
• Mature and maintain equipment run rate goals and quality good piece goals
• Implement countermeasures to eliminate repetitive equipment and quality concerns
• Interact daily with process and maintenance associate

Daily Task
• Daily equipment and quality summaries
• Follow up on equipment and quality concerns
• Implement production improvement activities
• Ensure stable production

Knowledge
• Manufacturing process controls
• Basic manufacturing equipment and quality understanding
