Dear Woolf Friends,<br>

I'm writing to pick the vast collective brain of the list. I'm teaching several works of Woolf-centric biographical fiction this fall, and want to assign a brief, straightforward, readable biography by way of introduction (for students unfamiliar with Woolf) and (for all of them) to ask questions of method and ethics in biography and in biofiction.<br>

I think Alexandra Harris?s Virginia Woolf is a good, short, readable biography. 170 pages and includes an assortment of photographs, painting, drawings, etc. <br>
<br>
I have never used it with students, but I imagine there are others on the Listserve who have?<br>
