They call it a "national emergency library," but access is not limited to a particular nation.  "Until June 30th or the end of the US national emergency (whichever comes later)," the Internet Archive is opening their collection and eliminating waitlists to
 borrow books.  A quick search for Woolf produces 166 hits, including a lot of vintage criticism.  And that, of course, only scratches the surface.
