<div>My two cents: The image doesn't bother me at all, and even if it were awful (which I don't think it is), I for one am thrilled that Google chose to honor Woolf in this way. Given all of the rampant, flaming, corrosive, ruinous stupidity in the U.S.
at the moment, I feel that if even a handful of people hover over Woolf's image and are encouraged to find out a little bit more about her...that's good enough for me.</div>

The image is terrible! And why the leaves? Also, compared to other Google doodles, this one does not invite curiosity or even interest, as though no one cared enough to put any effort into it. </div>
