<i>Innocence and Rapture: The Erotic Child in Pater, Wilde, James, and Nabokov</i> (2005);
<i>Henry James and the Queerness of Style</i> (2011); and <i>Dead Letters Sent: Queer Literary Transmission</i> (2015). The recipient of fellowships from the National Humanities Center and the Guggenheim Foundation, he is Professor of English at Boston College.
