<DIV>Hope you can see this cartoon from “Punch”, 4 March 1931, p. 235.  It 
seems to depict Mrs Barfoot being pushed by Mr Dickens (“<SPAN 
style='FONT-FAMILY: ; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-language: en-gb'>At 
three Mr. Dickens, the bath-chair man, had called for Mrs. Barfoot”), whose name 
turns out to be Henry.  Significantly, he is pushing in the opposite 
direction from “Mount Pleasant” (Mr Dickens “<SPAN 
style='FONT-FAMILY: ; LINE-HEIGHT: 14pt; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-language: en-gb; mso-ansi-language: en-gb; mso-bidi-language: ar-sa'>was 
thinking how Captain Barfoot was now on his way to Mount Pleasant [the name of
