odd thing about this is the refs. Beechey quotes his own book about Clive Bell,
dated 2000, which I'm pretty sure was never published, and certainly wasn't by
that date. I spoke to John Murray in 2003/4 because I wanted it for some
research, and was told that although it had been under contract for years it had
never been delivered. There's a very cheesed-off 'review' on Amazon by someone
who ordered the book from them but never received it, and (rightly, it seems)
doubts its existence.<BR><BR><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P></DIV>

Saxon, but couldn't class him as an influential Bloomsbury
