What a sad message to read in this new year, but I'm grateful to Mark for
the notice of Jane Lilienfeld's passing. Echoing others here: her
mentorship of young scholars (I put myself in that category) brought so
many of us into the circle of Woolf studies, and her scholarship on the
material female body so impactful. May she be at peace; sincere condolences
to her family and friends.
