[Vwoolf] Outside/rs conference: "with hybrid delivery"

I'm having a little trouble reaching the registration, and thought I'd take
advantage of having been stopped, to ask what is meant by "with hybrid
delivery."  I cannot go to Brighton in April but I could very well join in
virtually.  Does  "with hybrid delivery" mean some of the people attending
can be there virtually for the conference?
