[Vwoolf] Hogarths in Wimbledon

I happened to be over in the UK and visited Wimbledon Library, and picked up the following for a few pence:

All “withdrawn from the Merton Public Libraries”.  Why?  Unfortunately I can’t remember the year, but I think it would have been 1984 or 1985.  According to the catalogue, the (whole) borough has 2 books by Sansom, but not these two.  Why?
