[Studentfolk] Theatre for Earth Justice course offering

This is your heartfelt invitation to join a dynamic and creative process into performance with InterAct in Spring 2023! In our focus on Earth Justice, we will be learning about and exploring the vibrant, interconnected networks at work on our awesome Planet. Professor Claudia Wier specializes in voice and body work for the stage and in facilitating devising into performance. Professor Wier has assembled a stellar group of University and Community partners in Dance, Music, Theatre, and Story Telling along with experts in Biology, Pollinator Plants and Animals, and Horticulture. With this dynamic group, we will explore and exchange ideas to formulate a moving artistic piece dedicated to celebrating our common connections while performing Earth Justice. Ensemble members will experience a rich process of voice and movement development as they research and gather materials with which we will build a performance to take place in mid-April. No audition required. Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm by signing up for InterACT – Creation of Outreach Theatre - Theatre 3921S.
