[Somean] SoMean this week: Johanna Mechler

Hello everyone,

In this week's SoMean meeting, Johanna will present ideas on her next
study, an audiovisual perceptual experiment. The experiment aims to
collect perceptual data based on speech samples from Tyneside speakers,
a region in the North-East of England, in combination with visual
stimuli of people of different ages. In this way, the results will
produce important perceptual information to inform our understanding of
age-related variability in language perception.
