Just making sure you’re aware of the legislation the Ohio General Assembly recently passed that grants immunity from civil actions based on exposure to or transmission of COVID-19 as long as reckless or intentional conduct was not the cause of the exposure
or transmission. This legislation is broad and applies to health care providers, individuals, OSU, and farms and businesses. It will especially benefit direct marketing and agritourism operators gearing up for fall activities. I explain the legislation
