<p class="MsoNormal">My OSU Honduras Student Capstone team is raising money for a “seed fund” that will amount to a small pool of capital to be drawn upon for the local construction of aquaponics systems, a sustainable solution to food insecurity in rural Central
America that provides fresh, inexpensive local fish and vegetables year-round. This multidisciplinary team is in the 2<sup>nd</sup> year of a 2-year effort that will stand up a small, Honduran-owned and operated business that installs and these systems with
funds that are replenished through the repayment of loans that are completely administered locally through village women’s guilds. The high level summary of their business plan is
