<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">I am attaching a report from the EPA, who performed an audit on Milwaukee's zoning code for urban agriculture, and I am also attaching the first draft response from our city planning officials to that EPA report.<br>

The final changes were enacted in 2013.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Now, our city planning officials are much more aware and accommodating to aquaponics within city limits. But it took quite a collective effort.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Milwaukee became a model for Chicago, which also adopted changes more favorable to urban aquaculture in 2012/2013.<o:p></o:p></p>
