Many municipalities have ordinances prohibiting livestock and things like that, but aquaponics is a different kind of "animal" and you may be able to help educate the city officials and be involved in clearing the way for what you want to do. is considered agriculture under Ohio Revised Code (attached). Therefore, as long as the facility is located in an area zoned for agriculture, there should not be an issue. What have others experienced?</span></div>
