Hi All,
Ohio State University has an on-farm research grant opportunity open with proposals due March 1, 2022. "...program objectives are to research the profitability, energy efficiency, social consequences and environmental soundness of sustainable agriculture practices and production systems. Also, the program aims to help farmers solve problems on their own farms, possibly applying those principles to other farms as well."

Please attached and below for details. Aquaculture projects have been funded in the past. Proposals need to come from OSU faculty or Extension personnel so please reach out (especially to myself, Nicole Wright wright.1128 at osu.edu<mailto:wright.1128 at osu.edu> or Matt Smith smith11460 at osu.edu<mailto:smith11460 at osu.edu>) with projects to suggest or initiate if you have ideas. Maximum funding is $5,000 for supplies, transport, services, labor.

Hello everyone,

Please find the attached RFP for information and application criteria of the 2022 Warner Grant.

This program is made available through the Paul C. and Edna H. Warner Endowment Fund established specifically for on-farm research in sustainable agriculture related to crop (agronomic and horticultural) and animal production systems that are intended for human consumption.  Research is intended to identify and publicize sustainable agricultural practices and systems that are profitable, socially responsible, energy efficient and improve water quality and other environmental concerns relevant to Ohio farmers.
