as a reminder, I will be holding open office Zoom hours from 1-3pm Eastern today. Feel free to come by and chat. To possibly stir discussion, attached is a Friday Fish Factsheet to get your mind thinking. While I am not an economist, great economists have made some factsheets available for us to discuss. This fact sheet discusses a golden shiner farm's enterprise budget. It is a pond-based freshwater baitfish facility; however, the steps to completing an enterprise budget does not change - regardless of species and production system.

This is not just an aquaculture 101 fact sheet/discussion. Folks should be reviewing their financial position regularly and making adjustments to make their business as efficient as possible. Running a non-profit? You still need to know your numbers or it will not last.
