my arsenal of information to send out through The Forwarded Fish is growing! Doris T. Hicks, a Seafood Technology Specialist, with Delaware Sea Grant Marine Advisory Service gave an informational webinar on Seafood in the Diet a little while back. Doris was also in Ohio two years ago (I believe) and presented on the benefits of seafood in the diet. This is part of the NAA/NCRAC/USAS Webinar Series.

The Forwarded Fish is a specific video, extension newsletter, previous PowerPoint presentation, or something similar (University based) that I will send to Aqua-Ohio and SC-aquaponics every other week. I encourage everyone to give it a read or watch and if you come up with specific questions then feel free to ask the "group" or e-mail me separately at smith.11460 at osu.edu<mailto:smith.11460 at osu.edu>. I'd be glad to chat more or clarify something you read.
