attached is a PDF of a SRAC publication on sorting and grading fish. I picked this pub to go along with our theme of the week "Fish Health" since the workshop is this weekend. The publication has somewhat of a strong focus on ponds; however pretty much all of the concepts are the same (when to grade/sort, when not to grade/sort, why, etc.).

The Forwarded Fish is a specific video, extension newsletter, previous PowerPoint presentation, or something similar (University based) that I will send to Aqua-Ohio and SC-aquaponics every other week. I encourage everyone to give it a read or watch and if you come up with specific questions then feel free to ask the "group" or e-mail me separately at smith.11460 at osu.edu<mailto:smith.11460 at osu.edu>. I'd be glad to chat more or clarify something you read. If you have a specific fact sheet or video that you would like me to use then feel free to forward it to me and I'll review it and possibly send it out to the group for discussion.
