see attached this week's edition of The Forwarded Fish. This University of Florida publication was last updated in 2011 and explains fish food labels. While not very beneficial for those who are seasoned in the industry, it can be highly beneficial for those who are new to the industry and also to those who are relatively new to explaining to the general public what you feed your fish. Be informed and know what's in your feed so you can better educate your customers.

The Forwarded Fish is a specific video, extension newsletter, previous PowerPoint presentation, or something similar (University based) that I will send to Aqua-Ohio and SC-aquaponics every week or every other week. I encourage everyone to give it a read or watch and if you come up with specific questions then feel free to ask the "group" or e-mail me separately at smith.11460 at osu.edu. I'd be glad to chat more or clarify something you read. If you have a specific fact sheet or video that you would like me to use then feel free to forward it to me and I'll review it and possibly send it out to the group for discussion.
