[Sc-aquaponics] Yellow Perch-Cooperative-Buy Back

Just curious, is anyone here growing Yellow Perch in RAS or AP systems? They tend to grow slow and are very susceptible to disease. Does $4.05/lb sound like it would cover production costs, including getting your fish and ice slurry to Wisconsin? Maybe pond culture would have a lower production cost?
