It's that time of year again!  You're invited to stop by for our fall open greenhouse tour at RainFresh Harvests on Saturday, October 4th. We will be having informal tours, between 1 to 4 pm and will be available to answer your questions -- no charge, it's all free.

This fall marks over 9 years of operation of the renewable energy systems.


See how Clean Energy is used to grow crops year-round, off-the-grid, in a biointegrated greenhouse that is powered by renewable energy.

Featuring solar photovoltaic panels (2.1 kW) and a wind turbine (1.0 kW) that produce electricity, as well as a solar thermal system for heating. Also featured are aquaponics (including in-ground fish tanks), worm composting and other sustainable agriculture practices.

Thanks to all of the support by customers that are asking for fresh locally grown food, and to the grocers and chefs that make the effort to buy locally.

Our partners in getting our harvests to you this past season included: Northstar Cafe Restaurants (2 of their 4 locations, including the Cafes at the Short North and Beechwold, Whole Foods (2 locations, in Dublin and Upper Arlington, including the Prepared Foods area in Dublin), Otterbein University (Bon Apetit), Tucci's, Luna Burger,  the Greener Grocer, J. Liu (2 locations, in Dublin and Worthington), Made From Scratch, Rigsby's, Tasi Cafe, Little Eater, Matt the Miller Tavern Dublin and Hinkley's (new location in Marysville).
