[Sc-aquaponics] grading tilapia

I was going through some old email this morning (I know you won't believe it, but I got a message saying my email was "too full") and I came across this one. I think it's great information for those of you curious about grading tilapia, and since the tilapia in our hobby system spawned, I'm thinking about this. The links to aquatic ecosystems (now Pentair) do not imply endorsement, they simply serve as examples.
