The automatic transfer switch failed during testing, which was done at 9:45am instead of the scheduled 8:00am. CBC Facilities is going to look into getting future monthly tests done earlier in the morning before classes start. Things should be back to normal
now.</div>

As you have probably noticed, there is something going on with the emergency power in Celeste. This is impacting lighting in the hallways, stairwells, and power to the elevators. The elevators are in a “limp home mode” so they do still work, but have limited
lighting and no fan. </div>
