<p class="MsoNormal">The Lab Supervisors and I have been working with the Department to increase your pay rate. We are still waiting on final approval of the terms we negotiated. We are also hoping to give a small pay increase at the beginning of the second
and third years of employment.</p>

hours per week with a maximum of 20. Shifts must be at least 2 hours (4 consecutive 30-minute time blocks) or longer. Other arrangements are possible but must be pre-approved by me.
