<p class="MsoNormal">We are very excited to start spring semester next week! I have included several nuggets of important information below. This message is a bit long, but it’s worth taking the time to read.

<p class="MsoNormal">We will start our normal schedule on the 9<sup>th</sup>. The schedule is now available on Teams and will be updated as necessary.

<p class="MsoNormal">All of you will need to complete some online training tasks. These should be included on your timesheet, and do not have to be done while physically here.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Information about entering time in Workday can be found in <a href="https://admin.resources.osu.edu/workday/workday-for-employees/time-entry-processes">
this guide</a>.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Returning students wishing to get a few hours in this week are welcome to drop by. We will be open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm this week.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>PPE & Other Materials<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We will be providing everyone with a printed copy of the prep lab student employee guidebook. Returning students will not get a new binder, just the filler paper. Everyone will get a fresh lab coat and will have the option for a new pair
of goggles.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Training<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">As I mentioned above, you all will have some online and in-person training to complete. Our goal is to have all of this completed by 11:59 pm on February 15<sup>th</sup>. Again, you do not need to be physically present to complete online
training and it should be logged on your timesheet. Lots of things have changed, and we want to be sure everyone is updated. You can see the list of remaining items you need to complete on the Prep Lab Forum (<a href="https://osu.instructure.com/courses/49925">https://osu.instructure.com/courses/49925</a>).</p>
