<p class="MsoNormal">The end of the fiscal year is upon us. This involves a greater work load on all of our administrative staff to manage year end close of fiscal accounts and fall hires of graduate students. At the present moment we will be without Mallory
Aliff for most of the month of June and will lose two faculty administrative support persons mid-June.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We are working on solutions to this situation, but in the short term, all of our administrative staff will be stretched to the limit in covering for these absences. Please be patient with all of our staff as we work to provide excellent
service to our faculty and students during this unusual time.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Preplanning and being proactive, allowing our admin. staff to prioritize, is paramount.<o:p></o:p></p>
