<p class="MsoNormal">The root cause of the brief outage this morning is now known.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A control panel serving a basement lab that is being worked on by the ECM Project contractor team was found to also serve a portion of the air handler controls.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">When power was dropped on the panel to allow work in the lab, the power was also lost on the section of the panel that controlled portions of the air handlers.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A work-around is now in place and a more permanent change to avoid such conditions in the future will be investigated.<o:p></o:p></p>
