<b><span style="color:red">If faculty and staff are unable to complete the PHA by Nov. 30, encourage them to do so as soon as possible to start receiving the PHA Medical Plan Premium Credit of $30/monthly pay ($13.85/biweekly pay).
</span></b>Remember, an on-campus biometric health screening and completing the PHA are two separate activities. PHAs must be completed each year to continue receiving the PHA Medical Plan Premium Credit.
