to make their benefit elections between Wednesday, November 16 and Friday, December 2. Convenient online enrollment is available at

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">There are open forums scheduled across all campuses for faculty and staff to hear about plan changes and other options that may be available to
help them optimize their coverage. Please encourage everyone in your area to attend. Go to

of their life insurance beneficiary, as the university is changing life insurance vendors effective January 1. For those who wish to continue participation in Flexible Spending Accounts, re-enrollment is required for 2012.</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""><o:p></o:p></span></p>
