<p class="MsoNormal">I am writing to pass along the sad news that Emeritus Professor Richard Freeman recently passed away. Prof. Freeman joined the Physics department in 2003 and served as dean of the College of Math and Physical Sciences from 2003 and 2007.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I will pass along any information about a memorial for Prof. Freemen as I learn more.</p>
