        <p class="MsoNormal">As you know, our voicemail service has gone
          down twice in as many days. We’ve been working with the vendor
          to understand the cause and a plan to resolve the problems.
          The vendor is recommending that new software be installed.
          <o:p></o:p></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal">In order to prevent another surprise
          outage, and hopefully resolve the problem entirely, we will be
          implementing what we call an “emergency change” to get the new
          software in this evening. The change is scheduled to begin at
          9PM this evening (4/18) and complete no later than 6AM
          tomorrow morning (4/19). We estimate the system will be
          unavailable for approximately 4 hours beginning at
          9:00PM.  Prior to loading the new software and restoring data,
          our technical team will be backing up the system.<o:p></o:p></p>

          intent in implementing this change quickly and during this
          time window is to minimize any further (or future) disruption
