<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN">This competition provides you a wonderful opportunity to present your research to a panel of judges and event attendees in an engaging and approachable manner.
<b><u>The challenge…you only have 3-minutes to do it!!!</u> </b>It encourages you to think critically about the most important aspects of your research, to practice communicating scientific concepts to a broad audience, and to think about how you can get others

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN">This year the live event is open to Speedy Science sponsors, industry professionals, students and professional Phi Tau Sigma members. Currently, we are accepting abstracts from food science students at any university in
