will co-sponsor (with food bank and food industry) a student product development contest to make fresh food available to low income people in need in a form that is appealing, nutritious, safe and economical. The teams must be multidisciplinary as issues such
as process, cost, distribution, sustainability, culture, or the business plan are all keys to success. Your cookbook idea could help make food for health flow to those in need. We need systems that perpetuate on profit not on philanthropy. These are unripe
thoughts where all fresh ideas are sought.</div>
