The Department of Linguistics’ Annual Lecture on Linguistics Pedagogy will be held Friday (10/9) 3:55pm in 150 Cunz Hall. Anne Charity Hudley, Associate Professor of Education, English, and Linguistics at William and Mary and the William and Mary Professor
of Community Studies will speak on “Engaging Undergraduates Through Community-Based Participatory Research.” Dr. Hudley studies language in the classroom, especially with regard to linguistic and racial minorities, as well as linguistics and social activism.
