<b>Pen to Paper Writing Retreat: Writing With, For, and About Service- and Community-Engagement<o:p></o:p></b></p>

Pen to Paper is an academic writing retreat designed to provide time, space, and resources to help faculty, professional staff, and graduate students working on (or planning for) journal manuscripts about service and community-engaged scholarship. During the
two day retreat, participants have time to discuss ideas with journal editors, receive mentoring from faculty coaches, share ideas with colleagues and peers, and write. Two tracks will be offered: Planning to Write and Manuscript Ready. Editors from 5 journals
and publication services will participate as mentors and coaches. The retreat takes place at Bay Pointe Inn in Shelbyville, MI on scenic Gun Lake, October 22 – 23, 2015.<o:p></o:p></p>
