Buckeye Funder a new resource for project funding
Buckeye Funder is Ohio State's new crowdfunding platform for fundraising.  It offers donors a way to find projects at that university that mean something to them.  It also assists faculty, staff, and students achieve their funding goals in an innovative way.  It is an excellent way to connect with new funding sources for projects with clear and specific goals, such as service projects or events.

GSL5: Dignity & Justice in Global Service-Learning proposal deadline approaching
The 5th Global Service Learning Summit is scheduled for April 14-17, 2018, at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN.  Proposals are currently being accepted until August 11, 2017.  This year's summit aims to create space for active listening and critical dialogue between secular and faith-based organizations that are committed to co-educating and collaborating for social change and that wish to recover and re-examine the values which underlie the work.

Pen to Paper 2017 Writing Retreat dates announced
The Pen to Paper writing retreat focused on writing with, for, and about service and engagement will take place November 9-11, 2017, at Nazareth College in Rochester, NY.  Registration for this unique opportunity to focus on your engagement scholarship with a cohort of peers opens August 10.

Engagement Scholarship Consortium Conference registration now open
Registration is now open for the 2017 Engagement Scholarship Consortium (ESC) Conference to be held in Birmingham, Alabama this fall.  Pre-conference activities and workshops will take place September 24-25, and the main conference will be September 26-27.  This year's conference theme is: This is Engagement: Best Practices in Community-Engaged Scholarship.  Early bird pricing extends until August 17.
