[OOD-users] Solution for "client denied" to places client should not go?

On both ondemand-1.3.7-2 and ondemand-1.4.10-1 servers, I see many
  client denied by server configuration: /opt/rh/httpd24/root/var/www/html/pun, referer: https://ood.hpc.arizona.edu/pun/sys/file-editor/edit/home/u23/ric/ondemand/data/sys/myjobs/projects/default/1/main_job.sh
in the apache error logs every day.  Is that "normal", or do I have a broken config someplace?
