[OOD-users] Uncompress/unpack via Files App

I've always imagined it would be very useful if the file launcher could
work like a full desktop but web based ie without having to run a linux
desktop behind the scenes. Imagine clicking on an an .m file and being
asked to open in an editor, or launch in matlab. Or being able to specify
cores, memory (just like the job launcher or interactive apps) at this
point. Extrapolate out to other operations such as selecting a bunch of
files, clicking "compress" and then being able to specify cores, memory.
