[OOD-users] OnDemand Cluster Config Issues

What resource manager are you using, and have you confirmed you can submit a job using the same binaries from the web node directly?

Erik,

That's correct. We are trying to debug.
When we run "

sudo su $USER -c 'scl enable rh-ruby22 nodejs010 -- bin/rake test:jobs:cluster1 RAILS_ENV=production'

We keep getting the "Skipping 'qsched02' as it doesn't allow job submission."

I've set this up on a separate cluster before, but didn't have any issues getting here. I'm not sure if it's the queue config or the cluster.yml file in /etc/
