Is there a difference between what is in the 1.3 RPM and:

I'm trying to do some customization - we are at v2.8.3 - and I am specifically trying to get the "Job Options" to allow for setting both a different allocation and specifying partition.  There's a ticket open for this:

https://github.com/OSC/ood-myjobs/issues/211

and it looks like it is marked as a feature for 1.3, but it's not clear to me that it is there - I'm using git to check out the myjobs right now.
